Order Processing

All Mac Knowles pieces are handcrafted in small batches. In most cases, products available on the website will be ready to ship immediately. If a piece is not in stock when an order is placed, it will be made to order and delivered within 3-5 weeks. Once an order is placed our team will contact you within one business day to provide a delivery timeline.

Shipping

Our team will contact you via phone, text, or email when your purchase is ready to ship. All orders are sent with FedEx 2 Day shipping, are insured, and require an adult signature for delivery.

We will do our best to support rush delivery wherever possible. If you require a specific delivery date, please contact us at team@macknowles.co to coordinate. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.

Returns

If you wish to return your purchase, please submit a return request via email to team@macknowles.co within ten business days of delivery confirmation. Returns can be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit.

All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for refund, store credit, or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns, and all prior shipping charges are non-refundable.

Care

Our 18-karat gold and diamond jewelry is made to last. To preserve its shine: avoid harsh chemicals, lotions and perfumes; remove before swimming, exercising, or sleeping; store separately to prevent scratching.

Repairs

We offer repair service on any Mac Knowles piece purchased directly from our website. All repairs are subject to a $50 service fee, plus labor and materials costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs. Please submit a request to team@macknowles.co to initiate a repair.

Warranty

In the event of a manufacturing defect, our warranty covers one complimentary repair within one year of delivery. If you believe your piece is defective, please contact us at team@macknowles.co with a description and pictures of the issue. Mac Knowles is not responsible for damage sustained after a piece has been worn, or for normal wear and tear.
